其天国佛土世界有十万亿严净乐土，皆无有痛苦烦恼，唯有喜乐幸福，离我们最近的最低一层天国世界即是中天罗汉世界，处于无空气层段的眼所能见的群星球之中，域土大于娑婆世界数百倍，其神妙白色建筑依宝山而建，垒成金字塔状，中央山峰高大楼殿为诸佛说法之用，每一楼台亭阁面积大于人间世界，楼房之中有山河大地海洋湖泊，而且楼中有楼，境中带境，变化无穷，极美无比。

真正的如来正法是在我们伟大的南无第三世多杰羌佛，佛陀师父这里。好了、好了、不讲了、南无观世音菩萨来接我了！”说到这里， 他的身体全身发出光芒，这时我看到高大无比的观世音菩萨站立在赵玉胜居士的头顶上方，全身放出强烈的白光，周围都有五彩祥光围绕着南无观世音菩萨，非常的庄严无比，这时我看到赵师兄的神识从他的头顶冲出，一身白色华衣，全身放着光芒，踩着祥云奔向观世音菩萨升上虚空而去！邻居，一位马来西亚籍的老夫人也看到了这一情景。她也谈到了看到了滴下甘露的情况，白色的甘露落到地上后，马上就没了。
